How much is it?

Each person will cost $30 plus Sales Tax = $32.40 per 1 hour experience/room that they want to play.

When should I arrive?

You must arrive  15  minutes before your appointment. Since Escape Room Buffalo is run by an automated reservation system which schedules the Experiences at set times, we are unable to let you in to the room if you arrive later than the start time for your Experience, therefore if you run late you will lose your booking and there are no refunds or rescheduling options for being late.

Are we really locked inside the room?

Legally, in Buffalo we can’t lock you in a room. The entrance door will always be unlocked in case of an emergency.

I’m not a nerd. Can I still play?

All the solutions to the puzzles are within the room. You do not need any existing knowledge of gaming, or a degree in criminology in order to play. Just an inquisitive mind and a perceptive eye.

Is this something scary?

All our normal escape rooms are not scary at all. Escape experiences are designed to be challenging and fun, but fright is not involved.

How many people can play?

Each room has a different number of allowable players between 2 to 10.
Can you accommodate large parties or corporate events?

Yes, we can accommodate large parties and corporate groups of up to 32 in one hour, 64 in 2.5 hours. To book your large group via email to escaperoombuffaloemail to receive a custom quotation along with pricing, options & availability.

What do we need to bring?

Just yourself and a smile.

How long will the experience last?

This will depend on your group’s skill level, the maximum time will be 60 minutes and the minimum is up to you.  Plan to spend 15 – 20 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing and 5 – 10 minutes after each game for questions & photos. Please note that sometimes we can get backed up due to circumstances out of our control.

Can I cancel a reservation?

If you need to cancel a reservation please do so 72 hours beforehand by clicking on the link at the bottom of the confirmation email we sent to you right after you made the reservation. If the link provided does not work, please send us an email with the details of your reservation including your name and the date and time of the game you made the reservation for.
